What does onboarding look like?

First, we collect the key info we need to get started (business name, website domain, etc...) Then we set-up two 1-on-1 Zoom Calls. We’ll get all the tech stuff set up including domains, custom emails, webchat widget, social media integration. Then walk you through how to use the system in your day-to-day. It’s that simple!
